To avoid possible Custom duty you might have, we normally adjust item value on Custom form. If any Custom duty occurred while you received the package, please just show us the duty receipt you paid and we will reimburse you later. Thank you for your business.
Return Policy
Please read the following return policy carefully before you unpack the product(s).
■ You may return orders within 30 days of receipt. Product must be returned in unused and resalable condition. No credit will be given on products returned that do not have original package.
■ If you reject your order without prior notice, return and original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
■ If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will arrange return or replacement ASAP. Of course, free of charge.
■ For any remorse return, buyers are responsible for the return shipping.
How to return?
PLEASE contact us first before you file claim or leave a negative feedback. You can reach us via the shopping portal, via e-mail to service@lunavow.com or leave a voice message to 832-987-2381. Please provide your order information and return reason or any inquiry and concern are welcome. Our Customer Service representative will provide Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions to you within 24 hours except holidays. Our distribution center will not accept any returns without Return Authorization Number (RAN).
